Isolate power supply, remove / clean fascia and filters, apply coil cleaning / HVAC cleaning solution to HVAC, coils, drain, full wet solution wiped/brush down of internal unit (including filter brackets, fins, internals and externals of internal unit), reinstall filters and fascia, reinstate power supply and test for correct operation.
